How much does router installation cost in Dubai?
Standard router installation and configuration starts from AED 99. Fiber/FTTH activation is from AED 149, mesh Wi-Fi systems from AED 249, and annual care plans from AED 49/month. Every quote is confirmed in writing before we start no hidden charges, ever.
Do you work with e& (Etisalat) and du routers?
Yes. FalconNet is fully independent and certified to configure routers and ONTs from every UAE provider e& (Etisalat), du and Virgin plus all major brands including TP Link, ASUS, Netgear, Huawei and Linksys. Using an independent specialist never affects your provider warranty.
How long does a typical installation take?
A standard apartment router setup takes 45–60 minutes. Villa mesh installations with site survey and wired backhaul typically take 2–3 hours. You receive a room by room speed test report before we leave.
Can you fix Wi-Fi dead zones in my villa or apartment?
Yes dead zone elimination is our most requested service. We perform a professional Wi-Fi survey, then design a mesh or wired access-point solution sized to your home's layout, wall materials and bandwidth needs. Most villas see full coverage within one visit.
Do you offer same day service in Dubai and Abu Dhabi?
Yes. Book before 2 PM and a certified engineer arrives the same day, anywhere in Dubai or Abu Dhabi. Sharjah, Ajman and the Northern Emirates are normally covered within 24 hours.
Will my network be secure after the visit?
Every installation includes WPA3 encryption, a changed default admin password, a separate guest network, and optional parental controls with screen-time schedules. We also audit all connected devices and flag anything unknown.

FalconNet was founded in 2016 by two network engineers who kept seeing the same problem across Dubai's new towers and villas: world class fiber connections, let down by poor router placement and configuration.

Today our team of 25 certified engineers has completed over 12,000 installations from studios in Deira to beachfront villas on Palm Jumeirah. We remain independent, working with every internet service provider in the UAE.

The UAE goes online

Etisalat launches Emirates Internet & Multimedia, connecting the UAE to the global internet among the first nations in the Arab world to do so. Home access starts with dial-up modems and that unforgettable handshake tone.

1999 – 2002

Broadband arrives

DSL and early cable internet replace dial up in UAE homes. Cyber cafés boom and the first home routers appear in apartments across Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

2003 – 2006

A competitive market

The Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA) is established in 2003, and du launches in 2006 bringing choice, faster speeds and falling prices to UAE households.

2011 – 2015

The fiber revolution

Massive FTTH (fiber-to-the-home) rollouts connect nearly every building in the Emirates. The UAE rises to the top of global fiber penetration rankings but home Wi-Fi struggles to keep up with gigabit lines.

2019

5G and smart homes

The UAE launches among the region's first 5G networks. Smart home devices multiply, and whole home Wi-Fi becomes essential, not a luxury.
